Property values holding their own

These are the latest average sales prices using MLS data. It is clear we are not facing the same difficulties that we hear about in the US. So many buyers and sellers think our economy behaves like our neighbour to the south. No so, at least not now. Look at Niagara Falls and Pelham. Values have not move much at all. For the entire region there is only a 2% drop.
